Moong Dal Soup

Apart from protein, this dal contains fiber and antioxidants. To make this, you will need one cup moong dal, half cup finely chopped onions, two cloves of garlic, ginger, one teaspoon black pepper powder, half teaspoon asafoetida and half teaspoon desi ghee. To make the soup, take a pressure cooker and soak a cup of moong dal in it. Now add chopped onions and ginger-garlic to it. After this add spices. Now put half a spoon of ghee in the water of lentils and cook. After this, whistle it for about 8 to 10 minutes. Your soup is ready. You can serve it garnished with green coriander.

Urad and Chana Dal Soup

For ingredients, you will need one cup urad dal, one cup chana dal, one onion, one tomato, finely chopped ginger and garlic, salt, black pepper and garam masala powder. Soak urad and chana dal for about an hour. Cook the dal in a pressure cooker, filter it and leave it to cool. After that blend it in a blender. After this, take ghee in a pan and fry onion, tomato, ginger-garlic a little. After this add some water to it and add the paste of lentils. While preparing the soup, add garam masala in between. Your urad-chana dal soup is ready.

Lentil Soup

To eat healthy and tasty in winter, try Masoor Dal Soup. For ingredients, you will need one cup Masoor Dal, one cup spinach, one teaspoon butter, one teaspoon salt, black salt, lemon juice and black pepper. Put lentils and spinach in a pressure cooker and add one cup of water to it. Meanwhile, add salt to it as well. After whistling, put it in a bowl and add butter, black pepper, black salt and lemon juice to it. Cook for a while and your soup is ready.
