Dumplings of fenugreek greens

To make this we will need these ingredients-

Fenugreek greens – 250 grams, gram flour – 2 cups, salt – as per taste, asafoetida – 1 pinch, red chili powder – 1/2 teaspoon, green chili – 2 finely chopped, ginger-garlic paste – 1 teaspoon, oil, celery half teaspoon

  • First of all clean the fenugreek greens and chop them finely.
  • After this, add gram flour, fenugreek leaves, salt, asafoetida, red chili powder etc. in a bowl and mix it well.
  • Now prepare a thick mixture by adding water according to the requirement.
  • After this make the mixture in the shape of pakodas.
  • Now heat oil in a pan and deep fry all the pakodas.
  • Your methi saag pakoras are ready. You serve it with chutney.

Fenugreek Salted Puri

To make Methi Puri we will need:

Wheat flour – as needed, Fenugreek leaves – 1 cup, Salt – as per taste, Sesame seeds – 1 teaspoon, Ajwain – half teaspoon, Asafoetida – 1 pinch and oil

  • To make Methi Puri, first clean the greens thoroughly.
  • After cleaning the greens, chop them finely.
  • Now put wheat flour, fenugreek greens, salt, sesame, asafoetida and celery in a vessel and whisk it well.
